You may not use Alertena to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, phishing or deceptive content, malware, or content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or infringes third-party rights.
Prohibited categories additionally include: unsolicited marketing without documented opt-in, messaging harvested or purchased recipient lists without valid consent, circumventing opt-outs or rate limits, and impersonating other services or senders.
Push notifications and marketing email require the recipient's prior opt-in as required by applicable law (KVKK/GDPR, CAN-SPAM, ETK/commercial electronic messages rules in Türkiye). Transactional messages (security codes, receipts, delivery updates) must be genuinely transactional.
You must honor opt-outs promptly and provide an unsubscribe mechanism in marketing email.
We may throttle, suspend or terminate projects that generate abuse reports, elevated complaint rates or violations of this policy, and may require evidence of consent. Serious violations are reported to relevant authorities where legally required.
